Frequently Asked Questions
The program is open to any Tolleson High School senior. Students must be on track to graduate. No prior experience is necessary.
The program is completely free for all participants.
Programs begins January 21st and ends May 2nd. Interviews will be conducted during April and May and employment offers will start in May and continue through the summer.
You will need access to the internet for the online portion of the program. All necessary materials and equipment for the hands-on labs will be provided.
Participants will have access to 1:1 mentoring, expert-led instruction, and support from program managers to ensure successful completion.
Graduates will have a guaranteed job interview with industry employers and will be receive a certification from the Smart Automation Certification Alliance.

Yes, attendance of in-person sessions is mandatory. Additionally, certain sections of the online course must be completed before participating in the hands-on sections to ensure you have the necessary background knowledge.
