The program is open to individuals aged 18+ who are interested in pursuing a career as a fiber optic technician. No prior experience is necessary.

The program is completely free for all participants.

Programs can last anywhere between 1-8 weeks depending on the training requirements. 

In-person sessions can vary depending on the program. We work with program sponsors to make it accessible and flexible for participants.

You will need access to the internet for the online portion of the program. All necessary materials and equipment for the hands-on labs will be provided.

Participants will have access to 1:1 mentoring, expert-led instruction, and support from program managers to ensure successful completion.

Graduates will receive guaranteed job interviews with leading industry employers and will be well-prepared for entry-level positions as fiber optic technicians.
